How much does a consultation cost?
Your first consultation is completely free, with no obligation to proceed. It's a conversation to understand your goals and see how I can help.
Do you speak Vietnamese?
Yes — I'm fluent in both English and Vietnamese, and I'm happy to handle your entire plan, including documents and explanations, in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
How does a mortgage broker get paid?
On most standard residential mortgages, the lender pays the broker's commission — so my mortgage help is usually at no direct cost to you. I'll always tell you upfront if a situation is different.
I'm new to Canada — can you still help?
Absolutely. I work with many newcomers and understand the programs and documents involved in building credit, buying a first home, and getting established financially in BC.
